Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenvish platform and its features, including the Zenvish Reputation Engine (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zenvish ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zenvish provides commerce and business-management tools. The Reputation Engine lets you connect a Google Business Profile you manage and, from your Zenvish dashboard, view your Google reviews and business information, draft and publish review replies, and view the insights Google provides.

2. Your account and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You may connect a Google Business Profile only if you are authorised to manage it.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use — Google Business Profile

When you use the Reputation Engine you agree to comply with Google's policies, including the Google Business Profile content and review policies. In particular:

  • You will not use the Service to gate, filter, or selectively solicit reviews (for example, routing satisfied customers to Google while diverting dissatisfied customers elsewhere). Any review invitations must be extended neutrally to all customers.
  • You will not post prohibited content, and you remain responsible for the replies you approve and publish.
  • You will not use the Service to misuse Google location search or to collect data about businesses you do not manage.

4. AI-assisted replies

The Service can generate suggested review replies using AI. Suggestions are drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before it is published to Google. Nothing is published on your behalf without your explicit approval.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Some features depend on third-party APIs (including Google's) whose availability and terms may change.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, rating, or review result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
