Zenvish's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data, we do not gate or filter reviews, and we never publish a reply without your approval.
How the review invitation works: every customer with an order gets the same message and the same link, and that link goes straight to your Google profile. Nobody is asked how they feel first, nobody is scored, and nobody is routed to a private feedback form instead. Each message carries an opt-out link; an opt-out is honoured on every later send, no customer is asked twice for the same order on the same channel, and a cooldown you set (90 days by default) stops the same person being asked again order after order. Automatic invitations wait until after delivery and hold off outside daytime hours in your store's timezone.
Depending on your account, Zenvish connects to Google either directly or through a review-aggregation provider that holds the Google authorisation on that path. Our Privacy Policy spells out both, alongside our Terms of Service.
